two bad experiences the service department is good at anything bur customer service. If it wasn't for abbey I would not be returning at all. I realize the amount of press the service department is good at anything bur customer service. If it wasn't for abbey I would not be returning at all. I realize the amount of pressure it is to keep everyone happy, but it honestly only takes a few min to listen to your customers to address their needs. Abbey is the only person in the service department that does that, she needs to teach a customer service class to her co workers. I am giving key scales another chance today, based solely on Abbey. I actually had another person waiting with me who recommended Altamonte ford for service. Now there is a ford in bellview which is equal travel from the villages. I know there are some people you cannot please no matter what you do, I would have appreciated just a tad of communication, being told "we were slammed" is not my concern. I had an appointment, I'm sure my service guy knew when I pulled in how busy it was and should have informed me that my appointment would have been well over the hour I was told it would take. I was sitting on a bench in full view the entire time I was there, not once was I told how backed up it was. More
