I feel that I got the vehicle I really wanted at a price with very little haggling. At closing, the price went up by over 2k because they threw in a zero deductible extended warranty. Knowing the electronics can be problematic and the bells and whistles was my reason for buying my Explorer, I accepted. Less than 48 hrs off the lot, I went back to the dealership because I had trouble entering an unlock code on the drivers door pillar. My salesman drove it right up to the service desk, where they said a new door panel had to be ordered and it was out of warranty. "But I purchased a warranty extension!" Sorry, you'll have to wait 30 days till that kicks in. C'mon guys! 48 hours off the lot? This was the second vehicle purchased through Key Scales. More
