And the finance person, Jim Roberts, was great to work with as well. My only suggestion would be for the Scales dealership not to utilize a "dealer fee" in the sales process - it substantively aids the dealership in the negotiation process. I am very satisfied I got the used car I have been looking for, and I was treated with respect and in a friendly manner throughout the process. Thanks Fred for making the process enjoyable. More
