Feel Like We've Known Fred for Years Blake had taken care of all the lease particulars prior to our arrival at the dealership. Walking into the front door, we were greeted very warmly, t Blake had taken care of all the lease particulars prior to our arrival at the dealership. Walking into the front door, we were greeted very warmly, then introduced to Fred Almonte. Fred stepped us through the entire process of picking up our new Explorer, answering every question we had, and going the extra mile to make this a satisfying experiencing. Later, Jim handled the paperwork for our purchase, and could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. Coming from Atlanta, and being newcomers to Florida, it was nice to find a dealership that made us feel so comfortable. Although this is our first purchase from Key Scales Ford, it will definitely not be our last! More

Went to have service for a 2011 Edge and left with a new car Wendy is personable, friendly, remembers our names and always takes care of our car. Cat showed us the newest Escape, reviewed all the newest features, took us for a test drive and then presented us a great deal looking at both purchase and lease options. These woman are the best assets that Ford has and it was our pleasure to work with them to get what we wanted. More

Traded a 2012 focus for a 2014 Focus titanium I purchased a 2012 ford focus and had so many problems with it. Had no choice but to trade it in. I ended up purchasing a 2014 Ford Focus Titanium. At I purchased a 2012 ford focus and had so many problems with it. Had no choice but to trade it in. I ended up purchasing a 2014 Ford Focus Titanium. At first I wasn't totally happy but made a call to the general manager to see if he would address my concerns regarding my purchase, and we had a meeting and I left his office VERY satisfied with the outcome. He resolved my concerns and by next week should see the results. Now call me an old timer but your word use to mean something and after this meeting with Mr. Johnson, he made me a believer once again. I'm looking forward to hearing from him next week as to our agreement was taken care. I left Key Scales Ford very happy and a proud owner of a FORD. t More
