Fred was a pleasure to work with, I feel we received a fair deal on our vehicle purchase. I wish the Customer waiting area offered more for the customer. the seat are not the most comfortable and compare fair deal on our vehicle purchase. Don was great and not pushy and spent quite some time with me to make sure he showed me how to operate every option on my new car. He also told me if I had any questions or needed any help to stop by or with me to make sure he showed me how to operate every option on my new car. It's a challenge anytime to go out and look for the vehicle you want to buy when there are so many car dealerships out there -- but when you find one that has a salesman that makes you feel more than just a number and takes the time to discuss and listen to what you want and then helps you in anyway he can to get that vehicle - that's what stands out and gives that dealership a good name .It then makes the whole experience a pleasure and we are happy with our new Ford Escape. I am very satisfied and had an experience at Key Scale Ford withbuying our 2013 Ford Edge. Our sales person, Bill Pyle, was very friendly, accommodating, and we found his quality of work excellent. He showed us various cars and encouraged us to look for the best car that would meet our needs. He worked very hard to get us the best deal for our trade in car and we were very satisfied with that deal. We have been doing business with Key Scale for several years and that is the reason why we again wanted to do business with the dealership. We had visited other Ford dealerships in the area and did not have a pleasant experience with them. Key Scale and Bill Pyle provided us an excellent experience. More

We have never had such a satisfying, relaxing, and stress free dealing with a vehicle dealership EVER as we just had at Key Scales Ford. Rod Berger, Jeff and Mike were wonderful!!!!!!! Everyone we encountered was gracious, friendly and sincere. The dealership has surpassed any expectations we might have had coming in to look for a new vehicle by far!!!!! And it was all a one stop shopping experience! All the work and headaches were taken care of and we left in a brand new Ford Escape. Our friends love the look of it. Mr. Pyle was very kind and did not pressure us into buying our car. The whole experience was very pleasant. Went in looking to possibly lease a vehicle and wound up buying one instead.
