The Sync class was a terrific add-on. I learned a lot from the Sync Guru(I am sorry I have forgotten his name) and from a number of the people attending the class. His best advice was to get to know the steering wheel and button positions so we don't take our eyes off the road. I will definitely be using the Voice Sync a lot because of what I learned in the class. I do not know why I have to set up an account to rate this dealership.... :-( More

I actually went to Key Scales Ford to get an oil change, etc. for my 2011 Ford Escape. While waiting, I looked at the new Escapes and loved the 2013 Ford Escape. I talked to Chad Howell and went for a "test etc. for my 2011 Ford Escape. While waiting, I looked at the new Escapes and loved the 2013 Ford Escape. I talked to Chad Howell and went for a "test drive" in a beautiful white one. They treated me very well and got the car in my price range, so I went home with my new Ford Escape!!!
