They did the job in a timely matter. It was warranty work. The location was cleaned. The employees that can in contact with other customers gave explanation of what the jobs would entail and made sure work. The location was cleaned. We just bought our "Flex"in August and the salesman Jamie Reed is GREAT! He spent a lot of time with us explaining the sync system and all the features on the car. Fred Dorsey in service is really GREAT too! We went to a "Sync" seminar this Tuesday Bruce Johnson the manager and his team were really good. Tom & Fred covered a lot of ground in a short time. This was a good car buying experience from the very beginning. All the salesmen were friendly and knowledgeable, without seeming "pushy", on both my initial visit as well as my return visit with my wi beginning. I have been getting my Mustang GT serviced here for a few years now and they take very good care of it. This is the only nearby dealership that I trust with my car.Plus I have never had to go back with the s years now and they take very good care of it. This is the only nearby dealership that I trust with my car.Plus I have never had to go back with the same problem twice they get it right the first time. My recent purchase of 4 new tires were recommended by Richard for my Mustang and he was good at explianing the importance of getting the right tire for my car. The service dept. did a great job of balancing so far it rides better then when it was new. Thanks Bob More
