After having a disappointing time We purchased a 2017 Ford F-150 from Key Scales 2 years ago. Unfortunately, the truck was declared a Lemon by Ford. After having a disappointing time at a local Ford dealer to go through the Ford by-back program, we took the ride down to Key Scales. Our Salesman Fred Almonte Sr, and Sales Manager Randy Lofton went above and beyond to help us through the Vehicle Replacement process, even though they would be getting minimal money themselves from Ford. It required more forms/paperwork than a normal sale. They know how to treat their customers! More
