Cannot get work done due to no staff. So took my vehicle into this waste of a time dealership. They said they couldn’t look at it for awhile. Apparently they can’t keep anybody in service So took my vehicle into this waste of a time dealership. They said they couldn’t look at it for awhile. Apparently they can’t keep anybody in service from what I was told. So there’s like 2-3 techs in the entire shop when 9 months ago it was full and they got work done! My question is this must be a management issue? But either way. I won’t be back. Ever. I’ll go to prestige where they have a shop full of people and will get the job done right the first time and in a timely manner. Also the advisor has no idea what she’s talking abut when it comes to the automotive field. Also another thing that looks bad on you. More
