My parents purc Not just a dishonest business - it's a dangerous business to those of you considering the purchase of a vehicle from Key Scales Ford. My parents purchased two cars from Key Scales. When my father passed away, we took the car to trade-in on a smaller, used vehicle. Eight months later, my mom (who had put less than 500 miles on the car) took the car in for an oil change, but was told the power steering and brake fluids were very bad and would have to be changed....something that should have been taken care of when she purchased the vehicle. In addition, she was told she needed her tires rotated, which she approved. That weekend, she drove to Tampa to visit her daughter and her son in-law noticed that the tires looked low. When he checked the tires, one of them was at 15 psi....a dangerously low tire pressure that could have caused a serious accident as she was driving down the interstate. My sister called Key Scales Ford to complain and was told by the service department that they had nothing to do with the condition of the car when it is sold and wouldn't address the dangerously low tire pressure. Taking advantage of a recent widow and putting her in danger is not what you want when considering a car purchase. The service department didn't even try to make things right by either giving her a partial reimbursement or offering to make her next service free. The purpose of a review site is to let you know companies that take care of customers and those who don't. Key Scales Ford is not there to take care of their customers - they are there only to make a buck. Update: received a response from Bruce Johnson the General Manager who asked me to call him. I have called twice and left messages for him to return my call but I have yet to hear from him. Will update again shortly More

My wife and I told him we were interested in a Ford Escape Titanium, color Golden White. He said he had one in stock and brought it around to the front of the dealership so we could see it. He explained a lot of things about the vehicle. We loved it. We went inside to discuss price, etc. I am retired from Ford Motor Co., Lansdale, PA. The first thing Rich did was give me a copy of the manufactures invoice. We were bringing in a Ford Escape SE that we had leased for the past 34 months. We discussed buying or leasing the new car and decided to lease again. He then proceeded to work up the price and what our monthly lease payments would be. Rich was very thorough in explaining both to us. We said "It's a deal". He had the vehicle taken back to service to be detailed. The Escape SE was crowned. After signing lots of paperwork we waited until the new car was finished. Rich then took us to meet Brandy Morris, Service Consultant and Don Garrett, Sales Management who then finished the final paperwork. We then went out to the vehicle where Rich explained the workings of the dashboard. We had lots of questions and Rich had the answers. He told us if we had any questions after we left to write them down, come see him and he would answers any questions we may have. We left with a good feeling, not only because we had a new vehicle but we were treated with respect. We were there and Rich helped us. More

Best Customer Service I've Had At any Dealership! I brought My car over to key scales with a warranty issue and I was little scared because I did not buy my car there and other dealerships haven't bee I brought My car over to key scales with a warranty issue and I was little scared because I did not buy my car there and other dealerships haven't been the nicest to me when I have brought my car there for service but key scales did not make me feel that way at all. They treated me like family and welcomed my business even though it was just warranty work. Chris was my service writer and was extremely helpful throughout the process he got roadside to pick up my car and had the car back to me the following day. Thank you Key Scales! I will definitely bring all future business to you from now on! More
Customer service top notch I had recently had scheduled an oil change on my F 150 on Saturday May 27th at 9:30 am, there was an issue with the vehicle in front of me delaying me I had recently had scheduled an oil change on my F 150 on Saturday May 27th at 9:30 am, there was an issue with the vehicle in front of me delaying me to the point I had to leave before having the service performed. The service writer, John apologised several times for the inconvenience, I understood but had to leave in order to not be late for another engagement. I called service this morning Tuesday the 30th at 9:00 am. I spoke to John he remembered me and told me to bring it in anytime today and he would get me in. I showed up at 3:00 and was gone by 4:00, pretty good for getting squeezed in. I want to and did thank John for making my satisfaction his priority. I hope you recognize the caliber of employee you have in John and appreciate him as much as I do now. Thank you Key Scales Ford, your service department and in particular "John".
