Awful experience after purchase This is by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. They charged me for a year for a tag, which was only good for 2 months. The kicker is This is by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. They charged me for a year for a tag, which was only good for 2 months. The kicker is I requested a temporary tag, so I could transfer my old tag and was told no. When I called the manager to notify them of the issue, I was told they could not issue a tag with an expiration of less than 90 days, then the manager advised that it was not their fault. I was told by the sales representative that I would get free oil changes and tire rotations for a year. I went in for my first oil change and was charged $30 for the tire rotation. Lastly, I requested my husband be placed on the registration and title because he will be a driver of the vehicle and was told no. While looking at refinancing options, I found out he could be on the title and registration. When this was brought to management's attention, they advised it was Florida law that it must be done with him off the title. I advised the manager that I had spoken with other financing institutions and they had advised me I could have him on the title and registration without him being on the loan. The manager advised me it was law and Ford follows the law. Five minutes later, he changed to say it was just their policy. I provided him information the DMV needed from Ford to add my husband and he advised they cannot break the law again. I felt that dealing with this manager was a losing battle, he was rude, spoke over me, and did not care that I had researched my issue. This interaction only confirmed that I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership or come back for maintenance on my F150. More

Purchased a 2017 Edge We had contacted the dealership through the internet that we were interested in an Escape. Rich met with us and was very knowledgeable and helpful.
