I presented Nick with an unusual challenge as I was test driving a similar car - different make and model, but less in price - to the Ford Fusion that I was considering. I was able to compare the 2 cars side by side, and Nick answered all my questions, and even though the Fusion with the Luxury package was a little more, the quality and workmanship was superior in the Fusion. Very happy with purchase. This is our 15th Ford through the years. More

A week later I returned with some questions regarding the computer screen, which I had never had before. Randy again explained everything so well that I understood and was able to use many if the features right away. Gerald saw us and came over to say hello and see if he could be of help.
