I presented Nick with an unusual challenge as I was test driving a similar car - different make and model, but less in price - to the Ford Fusion that I was considering. I was able to compare the 2 cars side by side, and Nick answered all my questions, and even though the Fusion with the Luxury package was a little more, the quality and workmanship was superior in the Fusion. Very happy with purchase. This is our 15th Ford through the years. More

He was able to explain everything in a clear manner and was very patient with all of my questions. I told Randy that he would have made a great teacher! I bought the Ford Escape. A week later I returned with some questions regarding the computer screen, which I had never had before. Randy again explained everything so well that I understood and was able to use many if the features right away. Gerald saw us and came over to say hello and see if he could be of help. Many women feel intimidated buying a car alone. That DIDN"T HAPPEN at Key Scales Ford. I was treated in the most satisfactory way and recommend them to anyone. More
