Hybrid technology is important to us and Rich answered our questions regarding how Ford's technology compares to that of Toyota. He also indicated that Ford's hybrid technology has performed well since it was first introduced and it's original gas mileage estimates have proven to be accurate. In addition, Ford's battery system has lasted well over the life of Ford vehicles. Rich had all this information at his fingertips, as well as financing information and overall sales issues. He was very attentive during our test drive. We appreciate his help and ended up making a purchase on the same day. The car that we bought was brought up from Miami. We hope their sales agents were as attentive as Rich when it was taken out for test drives there. We were also very pleased that Rich followed through with everything that he promised. More
