Complete waste of time I went to Key Scales in Leesburg after seeing the truck i wanted online. I had to park behind the dealership because of construction going on at the t I went to Key Scales in Leesburg after seeing the truck i wanted online. I had to park behind the dealership because of construction going on at the time of my visit. Once i hoofed it back to the front of the building i was warmly greeted by an empty reception desk. I noticed several employees seated behind a large window. After making eye contact a few times nobody bothered to greet me or even make an attempt to interact with me so i gave up on them and turned my attention to the only salesperson not currently with a customer, 2 were busy helping other customers. Nick finally asked me if i was being helped after standing at the desk for 4-5 minutes. I told him i came to look at a truck they had advertised online. He showed me the truck and i test drove it. I told him i was very interested in the truck and would like an appraisal on my trade in. This is when i found out that the price advertised on line was incorrect and was in fact $4000 more. Thats right 4 thousand dollars more than the advertised price. I will give Nick credit he did increase the amount he could give me for my trade in but not even close to $4000 more. I told him thanks for trying and that i would like to see a manager before leaving, so he walked me to Don who was standing outside smoking. I told Don i was very disappointed to drive to the dealership, test drive the vehicle and waste my time going back and forth with the "let me try this or that so we can make a deal". His response was an unbelievable "sorry our advertising is done by a third party and they messed up, nothing i can do". I would expect that from a sleazeball used car salesman with "30 years experience" not the cigarette smoking sales manager, but i guess thats who they have running the new car/truck sales down at Key Scales Ford. So if you are looking for a new car or truck i would highly recommend driving somewhere else, or any where else for that matter before Key Scales Ford. More
