However, the Keyless Entry is our #1 want in any car and Ford vehicles are the only ones with that feature. After being a Chevy man for 50 years 3 years ago we switched to Ford and won't look back. Jim explained everything to me, made a few pertinent suggestions and left me to make my own decision. Finally I was introduced to Jessie Dern, in the Service Department. She was friendly and personable, and had an air of quite competence. I was very impressed with the entire experience.
