Not your typical car buying experience. "Thank God" I helped my elderly parent's purchased their car from Brandon Casper. My parents as I said are elderly and I worry that they will be taken advantage of and after many emails, phone calls and trips to other dealerships that resulted in misleading lies and deceptive practice's, we had the good fortune to get Brandon Casper on the phone when we called Key Scales Ford. Brandon was very knowledgeable and even figured payments in his head faster then I could using a finance calculator. We told him what we needed and he had several vehicles both new and used that fit the bill. After we found the perfect car, It was very easy to conduct business with Brandon, he was honest up front and did not pressure us like the other dealerships had. I can tell you this, I don't trust car sales people or dealership in general and we walked out of dealerships all week long, but It was a welcome relief to be treated the proper way and not beat up and bullied into buying a car. It's so exhausting and agervating to buy a car. We had many questions and concerns that would have prevented us from buying anything, Brandon made perfect sense in answering all those question and concerns and more. I could go on forever about what a great experience we had dealing with Brandon, Key Scales Ford is fortunate to have such a professional, respectful and handsome salesperson as Brandon. I will definitely send all my family and friends to buy from Brandon. My parents love their Escape! More

This time I needed the right truck to haul a 5th Wheel camper weighing about 9,0 I have been a Ford guy for many years. But my needs change over time. This time I needed the right truck to haul a 5th Wheel camper weighing about 9,000 lbs. My wife and I met Brandon Casper in the truck lot one afternoon and he answered a ton of questions (correctly I might add) and put no pressure on us to buy. We liked his approach but were not ready to buy that day. A few weeks later we were ready and so we met back with Brandon. He did not have exactly what we were looking for in stock so we built one on the computer to find a match near by. We found 99% of what we were looking for. Next came the price. After a short while we were able to get a fair trade value and a fair purchase price. The truck has performed as advertised and we love the comfort and gas mileage too! Brandon went the distance to make sure we were happy in our purchase. Since we are not a Florida resident we loved the service you provided of registering it in our home state. After a few visits with Brandon we felt like he was a friend not a salesman. More
