Last week we were contacted by Cat Langbehn, Sales/Internet Broker for this Dealership, concerning our lease end options. Today, Cat worked with us until she was satisfied that we were happy...and thanks also to Jeff Wagner who continued to address our concerns and work towards a deal that we were comfortable with. Then we went to Dan, in the finance department and completed the necessary paperwork...in under 20 minutes!!!! So many thanks to this dealership for taking the time to listen to us and to work with us. Cat was exceptional...never rushed us and really listened...can't thank this group enough! "Exactly what I wanted!" I did not have the time or patience to search around town for a new truck. A friend recommended Key Scales and I was connected with Richard. I gave Richard my specifications for a new truck purchase over the phone. Richard found a vehicle that matched those requirements and quoted me a fair price. To make it convenient for me, we spoke via telephone and he sent me specifications and photos via email. Then it was simple matter of stopping by to sign. It was no hassle (my favorite part) and really that easy. In addition, I wanted some after market work done on the truck and Richard helped managed that process as well.
