Great Customer Service I went to the dealership to buy a car and was greeted by Hovic. He had excellent customer service, it wasn't a pressured feeling sale, like I receive I went to the dealership to buy a car and was greeted by Hovic. We ended up buying a car that needed some work done and he came down on his day off to make sure that the Service Department took care of my car. To me that was above and beyond, what I'd expect and they did an excellent job! More

Excellent from start to finish! The person who greeted me was so friendly! And then John Shaw himself was great. He sat w/me in my car and did the whole thing-something no one has done for the entire time I've had my car, which is over 4 yrs!I I've had smarmy pple tell me that it worked for them-that doesn't matter, does it? As soon as I started my car, I could tell that it ran better, too. As usual, just a great experience at Keyes Hyundai. And the cookie smell wafting in was so nice, too:) Thanks to John Shaw and to everyone there. Also, kudos for keeping the place so clean. It's really appreciated. More

Santa Fe Issues Jose was my service advisor. Nice guy. Took me ahead of my scheduled time of 8:00am which was very nice. I was there for a recall, gas smell and emerg Jose was my service advisor. Nice guy. Took me ahead of my scheduled time of 8:00am which was very nice. I was there for a recall, gas smell and emergency brake issues. The recall was performed. Jose upon turning on my vehicle smelled the gas smell but did not mention to me until I mentioned to him that I had been smelling gas fumes for awhile. Personally I feel he should of at that moment said to me, " I smell gas have you been smelling gas"? Because I feel if I had not said anything he wouldn't of either and that is not a great service advisor. He called me later to tell me that they found nothing leaking but would document the issue. He also stated the emergency brake was fine but I will need to bring it back in because it is still not engaging properly. And as far as the gas smell, upon starting my car the next morning I did in fact smell gas again but it didn't last long. It is my understanding that you should never smell gas. So my question is "why am I"? More

Experience at Service Center I was greeted warmly and appropriately by John. He took my recall papers and explained everything to me. He did not pressure me to have additional wor I was greeted warmly and appropriately by John. He took my recall papers and explained everything to me. He did not pressure me to have additional work when I informed him I only wanted the recall work done. He encouraged me to have refreshments when I arrived. He kept me updated throughout the day.
