Knowledgeable and Honest We had a great experience at Keys. Came in at 8p, immediately test drove, then started paperwork. They were honest about the costs, fees, and options. Empty promises to make a sale, and not honoring afterwards. Jason, my salesman persuaded me to turn in my old lease for a new one, promising they will take care of all lease balance and extra wear and tear, and Jason, my salesman persuaded me to turn in my old lease for a new one, promising they will take care of all lease balance and extra wear and tear, and dings. When I was looking to lease a 2017 Hyundai Ioniq, The salesman, Jason pushed me to bring in the 2014 Tucson we had to upgrade to a 2017. I told him it had a few dings, and I was going to fix it before bringing it in. He looked at the car thoroughly, and offered to take it in as is, with all the dings, and pay for the remaining months of the lease if I take a 2017 Tucson. He told me "Let me take care of the dings and damages". We signed a contract to lease two cars, one to be delivered the same day, and another one the next day. I paid full down payments for both contracts. Dealership could not deliver the second car the next day, and offered me to keep the old car for a couple of more days till they get the new car. This took a whole week, and they could not locate the car that we contracted and paid for, so I requested to cancel the 2nd contract so I can lease at another Hyundai dealership. I also wanted to turn in the old car, and requested a ride to the other dealership. Jason said I can drop the car at any Hyundai dealership, and they will take care of the paperwork. After 4 months, I received a bill from Hyundai Finance requesting $698 for the damages that was not paid by the dealer. I contacted the dealership, and I was offered $225.00 as a goodwill. Stating I should have known to turn in the old car to their dealership instead of another one, and it was my fault I didn't want to wait for them to get the new 2nd car in. The dealership and I signed two different contracts for two different deals. They could not honor one contract. Now they are penalizing me on the other contract because they lost a deal because of their own mismanagement and deception. More
