Bamboozled By far the biggest issue was: The numbers (such as Capitalized Cost) we negotiating were printed out by the Keyes Hyundai sales people and finally agr By far the biggest issue was: The numbers (such as Capitalized Cost) we negotiating were printed out by the Keyes Hyundai sales people and finally agreed upon by them and us. We also agreed we would not be paying for additional "extras" the dealership had installed (such as Karr alarm) yet, none of this was honored in the actual lease agreement. We noticed the numbers were thousands of dollars off as we were finishing up signing our lease agreement in the finance managers office, after having already paid the downpayment. They then "moved the numbers around" after we brought it up, but I've left with a bad taste in my mouth because they just tried to blatantly dupe us and we ended up with a Cap Cost at above MSRP. We do not plan on recommending this dealership to our friends or family. I do appreciate that our primary sales person didn't have an aggressive sales strategy, as he was quite friendly, but what difference does that really make when you're getting taken advantage of at the last and most important stage? More
