Although I have previous experience with Brian Sobel at Keyes, but he knew that I would love working with Mr. Hooker. Steve Chung has the coolest contract signing equipment I have seen. And how great to not have all that paperwork; all my paperwork is on a USB drive. Helpful salesperson, but not a good deal on a car Jay was an excellent salesman and was very helpful. I'm honestly not thrilled with how much we're paying for the lease on our car, but that may be more the fault of Hyundai than the staff at this location. Jay's manager kept saying things like "it's difficult for us to get you the best deal since you're a first time buyer", but the financing specialist (and the paperwork itself) said I was within the Tier 1 bracket and qualified for the best rates. Overall, make sure you shop around. I have friends paying as much for their BMW or Audi leases as I'm paying for a $10,000 cheaper car. The entire process also took several hours even though we were constantly assured it would be quick. It was not. We were there one evening and tried to leave because we had plans. They hassled us relentlessly trying to get us to stay -assuring us it would only take 30 minutes to finish the process. What a joke. We did return the next day, as promised, and we ended up being there over 3 hours. 30 min of that was another test drive, but the remaining two and a half hours was finalizing the price, waiting for people, and eventually going over paperwork. More
