Really dissapointed After 5 days of the purchase my wife passed over a rough area road the next day I drove the car and notice that the steering wheel it wasn't on the ri After 5 days of the purchase my wife passed over a rough area road the next day I drove the car and notice that the steering wheel it wasn't on the right position so my wyfe took it to the dealership service and they told me that I have to pay in order to fix the car after a second car leased from hyundai I don't really feel OK with that because the service guy told me that my wife maybe passed over a pot hole which she said that she wasn't and on the case that she passed it I do not feel secure with the car and I'm feeling like I bought a lemon and unsecure car. I would like to know if is to return the car More

Great Experience I'd made an appointment online for two recalls/updates for which I'd received notice. The service center called me the day before to confirm, which I I'd made an appointment online for two recalls/updates for which I'd received notice. The service center called me the day before to confirm, which I appreciated. Upon arriving, I had a tiny bit of a wait, but nothing out of line. And, Jonathan made sure he took care of me (with an appointment) before another individual who didn't have an appointment (but he also made sure that person was taken care of with another service tech). The check-in was quick and painless, and Jonathan arranged for a "shuttle" for me to return home (which was actually a Lyft car that Keyes paid for). I'd expected the service to take upwards of 4-5 hours, but Jonathan called me to let me know it was ready less than three hours later. The pick-up process was also very quick. Overall, a really good experience. More

Impeccable service I got off work early on Friday and decided to go get my first oil change on my new Hyundai. I called Keyes on my way over there and they were able to I got off work early on Friday and decided to go get my first oil change on my new Hyundai. I called Keyes on my way over there and they were able to give me an appointment within 20 mins of my call, which would be just as I arrived. Everyone in the service area was very nice and helpful. My service advisor, Kevin, took great care of me and had me in and out of there. I got my oil changed and a complimentary car wash unless than 2 hours and was able to get work done in the waiting area while the staff took care of my car. I'll definitely be going back there for my next oil change. More
