We agreed on a car and a price, so my husband and I took a four hour trip hoping things would be as promised when we arrived. They were! Salesman Jason Jhee helped.us, and honored every word of my phone conversation! Jason was friendly, competent and helpful. He thoroughly explained the car, gave us great tips, never pressured us, and was very caring about our needs. This was the best, most personal experience we have ever had purchasing a car. Glendale was okay but we were too many $$$ apart then Van Nuys where the offer was good but I needed a night to digest it then Woodland Hills (my local dealer) where because of their "sales techniques" I knew Van Nuys was the right choice for me. I went to Van Nuys and purchased the car for the price agreed upon the previous day. I was delighted with the service I received from the Sales Manager and his staff including the receptionist baking cookies at her desk. More
