Jason was excellent! We told him what it would take to lease us a car and he made it happen. Jason was courteous and knowledgeable.His assistant met us at 8:00 pm and we were ushered into finance. Rosealine Pandazos, the finance manager was amazing! She had us in and out in an hour. Everything that was told to us was in the contract. The car was washed and gassed and we were off! Areas For Improvement Steve Chung was excellent in explaining the features of the G90 and managing the test drive. Mr. Chung represented the dealership well. It was not an negotiation I would expect for a luxury vehicle. After some haggling Mr. Fefer said "would you be willing to put $X dollars down and pay $Y dollars a month" (I left the actual amounts out). When I said "yes..let's get it done" he said "wait.. I never actually offerred it" and claimed he needed to speak to the overall sales manager. He eventually came back and claimed he had confused the pricing for the G80 and the G90. As Fifer's card represents he is a "sales manager" I doubt he made such a mistake. The remainder of the negotiation went in a similar vein. More
