Poor customer service Just went in to get an oil change on my new Hyundai that I did not purchase from Van Nuys dealership. So this was my first time there. Stood next to m Just went in to get an oil change on my new Hyundai that I did not purchase from Van Nuys dealership. So this was my first time there. Stood next to my car for 3-4 minutes and no one acknowledged me. So I asked Erica if I could get an oil change and she said someone in a blue shirt can help me. There were 4 people in blue shirts that just acted busy even though they weren't helping me or anyone else. So I stood there another 5 plus minutes and no one even bothered to make eye contact or even say we will be with you in a minute. So I left. You lost a customer who might of gotten their oil changes there for some time. Now you will never get any of my money or business. Maybe you should start by acknowledging your customers, we are the ones who pay your salary!! One chance is all you get to make a first impression and you people failed!!!! Plenty of other places that do oil changes.... More
