Overpaid for car Firstly, I felt I was treated in a professional manner when I went to this dealership. However, when it came to price and financing I felt I was press Firstly, I felt I was treated in a professional manner when I went to this dealership. However, when it came to price and financing I felt I was pressured into adding options that I did not need. Because I felt pressured I did not adequately research the add ons they were pitching me, such as the KARR security system and additional warranty because the manufacturers warranty "doesn't cover everything". I was also told to drive the car off the lot, which I now know is because once you do you are unable to alter any deals or change your mind. I was very unhappy to learn I grossly overpaid for the car I received according to the average in Southern California. I've also been waiting for a response from Brooke for a month regarding a financing question. This was my first car purchase on my own and I don't completely fault the dealership because it's their job to get as much money as possible from prospective buyers, but I don't feel like I was "taken care of" and have now educated myself for any future interactions with car dealerships. More
