I contacted Ruby Chu, their internet sales manager, via email and within thirty minutes, we had located the vehicle and agreed on a price and discussed all the financing options and rebates, etc. When I arrived at the dealership later that evening, the car was already out in front and prepped to go, and Robert Mai, her associate, handled the actual sale, again with professionalism and without any snags or surprises. The finance department also handled their end of the deal promptly and without any upselling, and the entire process took less than 45 minutes. It was a pleasure to deal with professionals who understand their product and the customer relationship. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying or leasing a Hyundai. More
