Poor customer service I came into the dealership to get a second key fob. I had spoken to the parts department Peter ahead of time who take excellent care of me. I pulled into the service department park my vehicle and had to stand around for 5 minutes before someone decide to come out of their office and asked me if I need help. Once I finally got help I went into the main showroom looking at vehicles. I was in the main showroom for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledge me saying hi. The one sales rep said hi but then kept walking he then came back and said you need any help. I asked to speak to the general manager who I found out was Brian to let him know what poor service I was receiving. He apologized but really didn't seem that interested or cared that much saying it should not be like that, he didn't ask me if there's anything he could do but just gave me his business card. I will absolutely not be coming back here in the future for any service needs let alone purchasing a vehicle More
