Fantastic Dealership! After some bad, factory-farm experiences at CarMax and a few dealerships, I was not looking forward to visiting another car place. But I wanted a new After some bad, factory-farm experiences at CarMax and a few dealerships, I was not looking forward to visiting another car place. But I wanted a new SUV and saw some great deals on the Keyes Hyundai website. I emailed them about one and Richard Chan emailed me right back to confirm that it was still available. I also connected with Richard Martinez to arrange a test drive that afternoon. When I arrived at the dealership, I was immediately greeted by several people and offered water and coffee. Richard Martinez had the car all ready for me, explained all of its features, and then we drove it around town a bit. He sat down with me afterward to talk about financing, and he managed to get me the price I needed for my budget. He was completely honest and itemized everything included in the total price. After I had agreed on the deal, he handed me over to the finance guy, Jason, who was just as friendly and knowledgeable as Richard. Everything was explained to me, all questions answered, and I never felt pressured or bamboozled. He put all the documents on a thumb drive for me, and when I was done, there was a freshly washed and gassed Santa Fe waiting in the parking lot! Richard hooked my phone up to the bluetooth system, gave me his cell phone number in case I had any questions, and I drove off in my awesome new SUV. The whole thing took maybe two hours, with no trauma! Thank you, Keyes Hyundai! I never want to go anywhere else for my cars. More
