Arshak Kirakosya took the time to answer my questions and never made me feel he didn't have time to answ I was very happy with the service this time. I also appreciated the fact that he remembered I was waiting in the lounge for service to be completed. Twice in the past, I was ignored and I had to chase down the rep. to find out why service was taking so long. Only to find out the work on my car was completed and my car was parked and waiting for me...but no one bothered to come in the lounge to notify me. More
