I have been a Keyes Lexus customer for more than 25 years. Had a service appointment with Anthony Pastoral for maintenance. When I arrived I was welcomed by Johnny who promptly assisted me and began th years. Had a service appointment with Anthony Pastoral for maintenance. When I arrived I was welcomed by Johnny who promptly assisted me and began the intake. I walked over to Anthony's office where I was greeted by my name. Anthony had just finished with another Customer and helped me immediately. He reviewed the service records of the car which now had approximately 12,900 miles as well as the computer report the car's computer provides. Anthony discussed the required and suggested maintenance with me. He explained the specifics and gave me his recommendation which I agreed with. Had a ride waiting and Anthony had me on my way in under ten minutes. Planned to pick-up at the end of the day. Anthony phoned me with a maintanince update. Everything was fine. However, the tech recommended a wheel alignment which I agreed made sense so I authorized. Stopped by shortly after 5:00 PM. Anthony reviewed the invoice, services performed, and handled my payment. Anthony also thanked me for being a Keyes Lexus customer. In business today excellent customer service should be recognized. I highly recommend Anthony in the Service Department to other Keyes' customers. Thanks again! More
