I am pleased with how efficiently Keyes Mission Hills Hyundai has handled recall work on my 2022 IONIQ 5 in addition to normal scheduled maintenance. I saw a certified pre-owned Sonata I was interested in. There was a discrepancy with the pricing and inquired with the chat person. Within minutes I received a call from Ryan. We had a small conversation about it and I went down the next day with an appointment to test drive. The car was ready to go. I drove it along with another car. Ryan was easy to work with. He answered all my questions and when he wasn’t sure he didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear, he got the correct answer. I appreciated the honesty and not once felt like I was being taken advantage of nor that he was more concerned about the sale then me being happy with all aspects of buying a car. The dealership gave me a very fair price on my trade in and made it easy to get to a payment I felt comfortable with. When I drove away in my new car, I truly felt like I made an excellent decision not only with the car but with the deal of the sale. More
