I changed dealership service from Valencia to Mission Hills due to dishonest employee reps. Have been with Mission Hills a couple years now and always treated with respect from courteous, professional st Hills due to dishonest employee reps. This last scheduled service had to do with replacing a recalled part on brakes (ABS ?). Also had oil change and tire rotation. Worked with Ian for the 2nd time and once again a great experience. Ian also provided Uber transportation back home and again back to Mission Hills. That service alone is beyond appreciated. Friendly staff, great service. Thank you! More

They didn't have the part for my recall repair even though I made an appointment a few days in advance. They also did not call me when the part came in.
