As I said before, BEWARE dealing with this company. I posted the same complaint on Yelp, and got the same canned response. I did email the address provided, and they have not tried to email, call, or contact me in any way. As I said in my email sent on 2/2 in response to this request, "if our discussions don't include some kind of refund, there is no point in following up."

Not a single person on your team that I spoke with, and I have names, tried to help me or listen to my complaint. I tried calling your number as well and no surprise that you didn’t pick up.
