He knew everything about the car, he knew everything about the process and what I would need to achieve the payments scale I was targeting. There never was a moment where I felt I was being forced or tricked into a deal. He told me the truth and answered every question respectfully and that allowed me to make a good decision in buying a Sonata, and it didn't take all day.
