I drive over 25 miles from the West Side and away from 2 other Hyundai dealerships to come to the one in Mission Hills. Ian, my service advisor is on tops of it. Always super nice, knowledgeable and underst other Hyundai dealerships to come to the one in Mission Hills. Ian, my service advisor is on tops of it. Always super nice, knowledgeable and understanding. He listens to all my concerns and makes sure EVERYTHING gets addressed and has been fixed by the time I pick up my car. Little details that other dealerships often miss as they seem non-important to them or not pertaining to the recalls/etc. I will keep making the afford to come out and bring my Ionic here again and again. I’ve had recalls and regular maintenance done at this dealership and they have made sure to take care of me and keep in touch to let me know the status of my car throughout the day. More
