From our very first conversation, he was patient, professional, and genuinely kind. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the repair, and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. His communication was excellent from start to finish. Jonathan told me the repair would likely take about 10 days because the transmission had to be replaced, and he was exactly right. The repair was completed within the timeframe he promised, everything was covered under warranty, and he arranged a loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired, which made a huge difference. When the warning lights first came on, I considered going to a dealership closer to home. I’m so glad I made the drive to Mission Hills instead. The professionalism, honesty, and customer service I received made the extra drive completely worth it.
