I live quite a ways from this dealer and it was worth the 50 minute drive after talking with John over the phone. A stuck to his word and made leasing my car very easy. 50 minute drive after talking with John over the phone. A stuck to his word and made leasing my car very easy. More
Román helped us find the car we were looking for! We had gone to a few other dealerships and we were almost ready to buy a car somewhere else, but we weren’t really in love with the car. Roman helped We had gone to a few other dealerships and we were almost ready to buy a car somewhere else, but we weren’t really in love with the car. Roman helped us find exactly what we were looking for and was very helpful along the way. He was super accommodating and flexible when it came to helping us. He explained all the features in the vehicle that would be most helpful, something that nobody has ever done before and I’ve purchased at least 15 other vehicles Roman was friendly and really easy to talk to. My Family and I highly recommend him. More

My experience with Keyes Hyundai Mission Hills and with Roman Sanchez was excellent. He was always ready to help, there were no hidden extra charges as you often find at many other dealerships, and the who Roman Sanchez was excellent. He was always ready to help, there were no hidden extra charges as you often find at many other dealerships, and the whole process was made very easy. They combine good service with fair pricing, and that is the most important thing for a customer. More
To be honest I regret not walking away. After being there over 3 hours and agreeing on the price and waiting another hour, all the small but important details surfaced. I went from trading After being there over 3 hours and agreeing on the price and waiting another hour, all the small but important details surfaced. I went from trading in my lease with 12k miles a year to feeling pressured to agree to LESS THAN 8k a year when it came time to sign. Yes, based on my past driving habits you could argue that it'll be fine- which they did, but now I feel a slave to my vehicle, afraid to take a trip or drive it anywhere other than work and back. Sure, I could have increased the miles but it would increase the payment I already agreed to (before I was told how many miles per year it was going to be). I should have said no and left with my Tucson but I didn't and I regret it. I spent over 4 hours there hoping to improve my situation and in the end I walked out with a less expensive car saving .only $6 on my payment and going from 12k miles a year to leas than 8k. I take responsibility for not walking out when I knew better. Bob, my salesman was nice and I appreciate his assistance. I just want to be honest with how I feel. More
