Excellent customer service! Don’t get good customer service anymore anywhere! The service agents explained everything, was patient, and tried to accommodate. I was just watching and listening to all the other service agents and they were all the same, unlike Van Nuys Hyundai. I had to go back to Van Nuys Keyes 5 times to get a simple recall done and all 5 times was their fault and never did they apologize. They never took responsibility and passed blamed to everyone and everything under the sun which is why I switched to Mission Hills to give them a try. I was so pleasantly happy! More
