I bought a 2007 Mitsubishi Spyder Conv. last Thursday from Keyes Toyota lot. Prior to leaving, One 0f the service guy discovered the passenger window would not go up....since it was after h last Thursday from Keyes Toyota lot. Prior to leaving, One 0f the service guy discovered the passenger window would not go up....since it was after hours, they said I would have to bring the car back next week n they would fix it...good thing...I drove back to the Keyes Toyota dealership (110 miles n $60.00 in gas) on Monday..they checked it out and told me that they would have to order a new motor for the passenger window n some lining for the window...good thing, but now I have to drive back from Bakersfield back to Van Nuys to get it fix..hoping I get reimbursed for Gas More

I came into the dealership after my Prius showed a hybrid malfunction and engine issue warning. I was anticipating having to have the hybrid battery replaced. Sam N helped me out and was very kind and accomm malfunction and engine issue warning. I was anticipating having to have the hybrid battery replaced. Sam N helped me out and was very kind and accommodating. He kept me informed of the progress and was able to get my car looked at earlier than anticipated. It turned out the battery did not need to be replaced and Sam took care of everything smoothly and efficiently. I was very happy with the service I received and what started out as a very stressful day ended with a big sigh of relief. Thank you Sam! More
