My car has been well serviced by the Agency since I bought it in 2006. All recommendations by customer service agents have been followed. Fortunately I caught the mistake. The service recommended had already been performed on 1/11/21. I'm an eighty-year-old woman who know nothing about cars. Therefore I trusted the service department recommendations. I no longer have that trust. More

The service department was excellent! Enrique kept me informed on the status of my Prius.
