I have been very unhappy with service at other Toyota dealers that are closer. I bought my car barely used from a family friend so did not have a purchase experience at Toyota. Very early on, I stopped dealers that are closer. I bought my car barely used from a family friend so did not have a purchase experience at Toyota. Very early on, I stopped at this dealership because I was driving by and needed a clock adjustment. It was a great experience but Keyes is a haul from where I live. After trying three other dealers for service (the two closest to me were the worst), I returned yesterday for a 30K mile service. Terrific experience, transparent and helpful. David made an effort to "connect" with his customer instead of treating it like just another transaction. Inconvenient, I will go back. More
