The service advisor was very helpful and explained what needed attention. There were several things that needed work and he recommended the one that was the most important since I didn't want to do all of needed attention. My first encounter with sales was dreadful, I met someone who was waiting outside and he completely blew me off. Reached out through the website and Karen was very very helpful. I went in and while all were helpful the wait particularly for the financing was very very long. But my real problem is that I was not given any information about an extended warranty which was added to my loan. While I signed the papers the number repeated again and again was $565 per month--at one point even with mention of warranty in the same sentence. With a MacPro it took a while to read the thumb drive which was my only copy of the contract. When I saw that the amount of the monthly bill had increased significantly I was confused and angry. I assume that it reflects the warranty. I have texted Karen at the dealership and have heard nothing yet. While I had to hurry because of the lengthy waits not giving full or any disclosure about the warranty was wrong. More
