That's a lovely sentiment. However, when you don't reply to an email I sent you directly, hours ago... well, actions speak louder than words, Rob. The dealerships reply here is for the good of the potential customers out there to read. I feel not one word of this is true. If it were, you would answer my questions, not avoid me. Not at ALL what you expect from a CADILLAC dealer, where you're selling us 50 and 60k dollar vehicles. Very disturbing to say the LEAST.
