We drove over an hour to pick them up on a Saturday, after confirming they were ready the day before, which was confirmed. When we arrive we were told they were locked up and we wasted a trip. The manager on duty was very rude and unprofessional. After asking if they could ship them, he agreed. Very disappointing considering we just spent 75,000 dollars on a brand new vehicle. No apologies were given. Highly recommend not giving them your business. They clearly don’t have any respect for their customers. More
