Halloween I took my Tahoe there to have it serviced. They told me that I really needed new brakes. Since Aaron is traveling and I didn't want to be caught in a bind I agreed and $350 later I walked out with new brakes/brake pads/Rotors. Two weeks later I just took Maybel to pre school and my brakes completely went out and stopped working. Thankfully I was close to home so a stopped grabbed a few items for Ellie and immediately went to the dealership telling them what had happened that I was just there to get and got my brakes replaced that if they would please investigate the problem. It took two hours and they assured me that everything was fine that there was probably air in the brake line to come back if anymore issues arise. Not even a week later when I applied my brakes they started making a horrible grinding noise. We took my car back and behold by brake caliper was not working right and it completely ate into my brake pad and destroyed my rotor. Im no mechanic by any means but I think if they would have looked at the job they just completed they would have noticed something was wrong. They quoted me $1000 for the repairs which included labor, new caliper, new brake pad kit and rotor. At this point Im very frustrated. I expressed that something must be done that it wasn't right for me to pay that amount when 1 week prior nothing was wrong. She called me back with the price down to $450. Which at the time I felt not great but better about because it needed to be fixed. When I picked up the car I asked them to explain what the $450 was for and I was literally told that they had added a whole bunch of parts that they anticipated needing but didn't end up using and just took those off. So Im still paying full price for the work. I spoke to the manager today and he justified it because instead of charging me $130 for labor he charged me $99 and took off $50. I still walked out of there paying $450 for a job that I just had done 1 month prior. I will not be using them again for anything More

Commercials are total scam I'll never step foot in this dealership again. Their commercials are nothing but lies to get you in the door. I actually heard from what I assumed was the sales manager say "we've got another duck on the pond" meaning another car pulled on the lot. Went there to try to trade in my wife's car due to high mileage. I've had lots of medical problems resulting in low credit scores and was told to bring my wife's car to a current status, which I did two weeks later. I returned after two weeks showing proof of the current status and was finally told that my credit scores were too low and her car was really worth nothing and I'd more than likely have a $4 thousand dollar down payment and would also require a co-signer. At this time I asked how they could make these claims on their commercials and was told that their commercials are legitimate but I would never qualify in the situation I'm in. This dealer is a total scam and I'll tell everyone I know to not even consider them to make a purchase. More
