Sales service was fine, but post-sales service is unacceptable. The title and registration department is disorganized-and slow; it is extremely poor and a big let down. Their third party vendor is reaching out to me a month and a week after the purchase for more documentation with emergency timeline during the holiday season to make it quick before the temp tag expires which was never explained before during the sales process. I would expect this message to be reviewed and for someone to reach out to me to work toward a resolution, rather than letting it go unanswered. More

We had the most incredible service at Berwyn Volvo. Kevin, our salesperson, was attentive, helpful but not pushy and my daughter even said that we can’t buy any car except from him! Dropped car of for regular service at 10:30 AM. Waited in the area all day for regular service to be completed. Dealer service center called at 3:30 PM, saying the service would be complete, and th Waited in the area all day for regular service to be completed. Show up at 4:30 PM, only to be told that the service would not be completed on that day, but I could take a loaner and come back tomorrow. I live over an hour drive away, so in addition to the wait on the first day, had to spend 2 hours driving the next day. Won't be back. More
