I was quite surprised and equally impressed that he also remembered those little key details as to why I love Volvo. Dropped car of for regular service at 10:30 AM. Waited in the area all day for regular service to be completed. Show up at 4:30 PM, only to be told that the service would not be completed on that day, but I could take a loaner and come back tomorrow. I live over an hour drive away, so in addition to the wait on the first day, had to spend 2 hours driving the next day. Won't be back. More
