Dropped car of for regular service at 10:30 AM. Waited in the area all day for regular service to be completed. Dealer service center called at 3:30 PM, saying the service would be complete, and th Waited in the area all day for regular service to be completed. Show up at 4:30 PM, only to be told that the service would not be completed on that day, but I could take a loaner and come back tomorrow. I live over an hour drive away, so in addition to the wait on the first day, had to spend 2 hours driving the next day. Won't be back. More

Had my Volvo serviced today at Keystone. Kelly made sure all was ready before I arrived. Driver's Seatbelt wasn't working properly. It was replaced and warranty was honored.
