Maria is the best! She patiently and thoroughly walked me through the various repairs needed and facilitated having the car serviced. When picking up the loaner car she arranged for me, I was also fortunate to run into the technician, Anthony, working on my car. Anthony was super too. Kudos to Service Manager Steve for bringing in Maria as a fantastic addition to the service team. 20K mile maintenance I purchased my XC60 at Keystone Volvo of Berwyn and had an excellent experience with Dave Jurgensen. I've since had my Volvo serviced there for the 10 I purchased my XC60 at Keystone Volvo of Berwyn and had an excellent experience with Dave Jurgensen. I've since had my Volvo serviced there for the 10K mile maintenance, and just recently, the 20K mile maintenance. I LOVE the convenience of their online scheduling tool for service appointments. I was able to reserve a loaner car during both appointments, which was nice, as I got to try out other Volvo models for the day. The folks in the service department are friendly, get the job done quickly, and are very helpful. Maria took care of me this recent appointment and had me in and out in a matter of minutes. That is very appreciated when you work 30-40 minutes away and still need to fight rush hour to get into work on time. More
