I met with Ron to review the XC60 models and options; he was very knowledgable and informative. We test drove two different models and went through the differences in each. I took a few days to review the information and called him with my financing info so we could narrow down what my payments would be. I made my decision and a few hours later went back to the dealership to sign and get my new car. He had everything prepared for me and it was a quick process. He took the time to sit with me in the car to make sure I knew the "ins and outs." I received a follow-up call the next day to see if I was enjoying my new vehicle and if I had any questions.
